PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Gary Boesker, President of Boesker Home Inspections, Inc., is the only inspector working for the corporation. He has work experience in the fields of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical installation and repair since 1987. He is currently the owner/operator of Boesker Plumbing, Heating, AC, and Elec., Inc. The experience he has in these fields has given him the advantage to inspect your home. Gary also has work experience in new construction as well as the remodeling fields. He has also had training on Termites and other Wood Destroying Pests from the Center for Urban and Industrial Pest Management.

He is currently a licensed master plumber and also holds Master Mechanical as well as Gas Fitters Licenses. He is NEHA certified in Radon Measurement and Mitigation/Control. He is also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) (Member #203285) AARST#1112, Certified Nachi (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Member

With vocational training in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and carpentry, he has a vast knowledge of both the interior and exterior components of a home.
